Darkswoon is an electronic shoegaze band from Portland, OR.
Originating as the bedroom project and primary creative outlet of Jana Cushman,
Darkswoon has since evolved into an energetic trio, with Jana Cushman crooning on
vocals and guitar, Rachel Ellis stacking the electronic backbone of danceable beats
and haunting synth lines, and all of it punctuated by the intelligent, rhythmic
bass lines of Andrew Michael Potter. The band evokes old school goth and post punk
of early 4AD label darlings, but maintains a modern edge and originality.

"Burning In Blue" is the fourth album of the Liverpool trio, and comes two years after
the previous "Period Rooms". The new album offers us nine darkwave tracks with mostly
ethereal and introspective tones, as if the setting was that of a Victorian house
haunted by ghosts, and in this sense the cover image evokes these feelings, keeping
in line with the atmosphere of the previous album, with respect to which I find a
greater cohesion, for a songwriting and production certainly superior.

Bleakness started in Nantes (west of France) in early 2016. The band is made up of
longtime activists of the French and U.K. DIY punk/alternative scene. The band formed
out of a need to express feelings of unease that resulted from witnessing the
frustration and desperation spawned out of an oppressive system.

Two moons is a musical project founded in 2009 from an idea of Emilio Mucciga, Joseph
Rips Asanda, Iacopo Palax and Angelo Argento active musicians for very long years
with the joint intentions and aim to set up a very ambitious and important musical
project.
Two artistic souls in one band: one dark, the other introspective, linked to typical
sound of the 1980's darkwave (Joy Division, Bauhaus ecc.) and the magnetic, shamanic
and solar of modern electronic sound.
The Two Moons, offer acid and visionary atmospheres, representations of fragile post
-industrial poetry, an imperious psychedelic-pop without any heavy individualism.
